To paint images of famous people inside the establishment. Musicians that are consistent with my clientele and entertainment. Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, George Harrison….to name a few….

I would say Yes, why not. You might want to check with your city officials first, but I bet its perfectly fine if you want to do something like that.*
