We are going to have our reception on the lawn of a motel/marina on the water that normally does not host parties. They are being very nice and allowing us to do basically whatever we want. Does anyone have a sample contract or know where we could find one – I want to protect myself. I know we have to include the location, when the tent can be set up and taken down by, who the contact will be, that we’ll have use of electricity from the light poles and pool house. To hold this location we need to make reservation for half the rooms before Jan 1st for 2 nights, and state how many rooms that is. TIme of party, start and end time. When the site other than the tent needs to be cleaned up by.
What am I missing?
Thanks for your help! This is the only way we will e able to afford to have our wedding and reception on the water. The resort prices are way to much money.

gosh, I’d google it – there must be something out there on the internet – you’ll have to be creative and do some re-writing.
