Question by David Sorrell: How do you organize contract farming with European buyers ?
I am looking to buy 50 hectares in Togo, Africa which we plan on using for contract farming. I have no experience in agriculture, however we will be working with an experienced consultant in Africa. I am planning on growing organic certified pineapples which we want to sell to Europe. Can anyone provide any information on how to organize farming contracts with buyers in Europe ?
