Q&A: selling exclusive beats or tracks online?
Question by P: selling exclusive beats or tracks online?
I am an aspiring music producer. Someone contacted me on myspace wanting one of my tracks. He wants the exclusive rights. Do we sign contracts? Does he just pay for the track and end it right there? or is it a little more complicated than that? any information would be nice, thanks!

You will need to make an exclusive contract and sell it starting $ 100 because you will never own the rights to the beats anymore. Both will sign the contract and he will pay for the track and thats it. If you type in exclusive contract for beats or something similar to that in google, yahoo search engine, they will have fre ones on there.
