Carly Simon v. Starbucks, Round Two
Singer-songwriter Carly Simon ‘s lawsuit against Starbucks has been dismissed by a federal judge for the second consecutive time, according to the Hollywood Reporter . In 2009, Simon was hoping to join the likes of Bob Dylan , Paul McCartney and Joni Mitchell when she signed a deal with Starbucks’ Hear Music label.
