Yes, it is legal. That is exactly what programs like Reason and FL are for. Making your own music and selling it or recording over it. Why would you buy a program that cost like 120. then make 100 beats, but cant sell or record over them?? It is perfectly legal. There are many people i know who do it. Thats what the program is for. You WILL NOT get sued. Only way you would get sued is if you sample something from another website that has nothing to do with the program. Like cutting a line or two from somebody else’s song and not getting their consent, other than that, you are just fine like Mary J.
