Music Industry ?

Does it annoy you that talentless yobs like Britney Spears are afforded millions of bucks for walking into a studio & having everything handed to them?

Im sure that they are alot better artists out there who didn’t have “the image” or looks to go all the way in the industry. I suppose the word im looking for is do you find the music industry shallow?

Do ye have any examples or a good artist (any genre) who struggled to get to where they are and made it or didn’t?
Jimmy Jazz, I have no doubt she worked hard at stages but she had everything handed to her at the same time. The way she conducted herself at times though was a disgrace, others that spring to mind are Amy Winehouse.

When ya think about all the crappy venues some bands had to play and then the pressure that they were under to compose follow up albums to suit their fanbase is real dedication.
