Hey, i gotta ask if its possible for me to live in the US on a contract at a record company? I would also quote that im only 16.

You have to be over 18 to sign a contract, sign a lease, open a bank account, work!
If you had a record contract, it would not be legal unless your parents signed on your behalf. The record company would have to bring your parents to the US if they wanted to record in a US studio, or have you do a performance tour. The record company would have extreme complications bringing you to the US. Fortunately, there are professional recording studios in a great many countries around the world.
