Question by monaya: Is a contract still valid if parties who signed are no longer part of the band?
Is a contract still valid between a manager and a band if several members who signed are no longer part of the band.
They are referred as one band, but the contract states:
“the terms of this agreement bind each individual member of the group as well as the group in its entirety”
Does that mean even if several members leave, one or 2 left over are still bound even though the original band broke up.

Ya, I would think so, but there are alot of things to consider in this, you don’t have near enough detail to give a truly accurate guess.
