Question by Mr Yankee: what is penalty for failing to abide to contract cancellation agreement?
Part of our agreement to cancel a landscape contract was that we would not file any complaints with any agency or publication indefinite against landscaper/it employees. Would a yahoo review be considered a publication? Penalties for doing so?

Yes Yahoo would be considered a publication. Penalties could range from the cost of remaining contract to 3 times damages in some states.
