I am a New Business owner. I know I have to create a template for contracts with my clients offering my services.

But other than that formality, What other documents do I have to fill out? With the state (Florida), or Taxes (IRS) or what?

The type of business I established is an LLC (Limited Liability Company).
I have no employees, just myself for now.
I will be giving AutoCAD drafting services as a consultant.

There is a lot of information that you did not provide. What type of business and what type of business structure?
Here are the basics. Simply filing papers with the State does not mean that you can practice / sale / operate as a business. You’ll need to file local paperwork as well and also obtain an EIN from the IRS. Depending on the type of business you have, there may be several other requirements that involve other agencies such as EPA, DOT, ect. Since you’re asking this question, I am assuming that you do not have a good business plan. Do that first. Part of researching your business plan should include finding out what legal hoops you need to jump through because most financial agencies won’t lend money to you without knowing you did your homework. DO NOT BUY A BUSINESS PLAN. You do it yourself. It’s the best way to make sure you understand how your business is supposed to work. You’ll also find that you will need a business team that includes an accountant and a lawyer (at some point). Don’t belive the hype about how easy it is to do it yourself when it comes to accounting and the law. (It’s far less expensive to hire them than to do jail time or spend money on fines)
As far as forms for your clients, there are people who are doing what you do now. Find a few of them and ask if you can look at what they use. Find and join a trade association, that way you’ll have a larger variety to choose from plus you’ll get some fantastic advice from people who want you to succeed.
What to do now? Contact your local chamber of commerce and small business development agency. Ask them for help.
