Q&A: Starting my own music production company?

Question by Sammy: Starting my own music production company?
I am a Producer who will soon be working with an Artist and getting an Album out in March. I want everything to be legit as far as my company, I have a Producing name that I go by and I have an idea for my company name. How would I go about, making my company and actual company? As much as I would like to make this as legit as possible I would also like to keep the cost low, or as low as possible, any help, is appreciated. Thank You
