McCain shocked the world by picking Governor Sarah Palin as he VP The Political Pop is weekly show where our experts (from their home webcams!) comment on political clips. This episodes commentators Marcie Smolin- A native of Los Angeles Marcie Smolin began performing stand-up in the local comedy clubs at a young age. She has since become quite a successful comedian appearing on numerous television specials. She has also parlayed her gift of humor into a busy acting career with many film and television appearances. In addition to her busy acting career she has recently written and directed several stage productions in Los Angeles.
