Question by firedesign02: Please explain what a music producer does and how it affects a performers song?
Do I like some Lady GaGa’s songs and not Britney Spears because of their producers? I’d like to know how songwriting, talent, producing, and the performer interact in these pop songs…I guess what it comes down to is, do I like the band, singer, producer, or the combination. Maybe that’s the Million Dollar question every record company asks…PS, I know music is personal but some pop songs have a mass appeal, why?
