As an independent band or independent singer/vocalist or independent musician you will be hired by a Recording Company to render your talents and services in the production of a recording.
This music contract Agreement between the independent Artist and the Producer is drafted in plain English that is easy to read and comprehend. This is an eleven page, thirty-five clause legal music contract Agreement. The music contract Agreement may be filled in on your computer or printed out and filled in later. Signing this contract the independent Musician/Singer/Band is assigning any and all Rights to their work performance over to the Recording Company.

There are two forms of this music contract Agreement. The first music contract Agreement compensation for the performer is paid as royalties. The second music contract Agreement the performer receives a one time compensation/payment for services rendered.
