I am trying to open a t-shirt Business with slogans and cartoons on them. But I am not an artist but I have sketches of the ideas and just need them to be drawn out better.I just came up with a contract for the artist to sign. Please can someone take a look and see if it protects me from any future liability. If it doesn’t can someone give me some tips to improve it.
Contract
I __________________________ will not take any idea that has been put forth to me by_________________________ and try and claim ownership or any form of monetary gain other than the commission paid to me to have the ideas put on paper.
