Question by seth: How can I get my music “out there” and to a publisher?
I compose and arrange classical music and pop music for string orchestra, string trio’s, quintet’s , quartet’s and full orchestra’s how can I get my music published and/or sold?

Have you tried a direct route (actually mailing photocopies of your works along with a letter outlining your reasons for mailing to, say, G. Schirmer?) Many living American composers are having their works printed by that company.
