True, but it is probably about the most stupid thing that either one of them could do. ALWAYS get it in writing even if it is in crayon on toilet paper. If they are so stupid that they do not get it in writing then they are too stupid to make a real partnership successful. It will fail. When that happens, they will see just how important that getting it in writing really is.
