I am an artist and I don’t now anithing about artist-gallery relationship (I started my professional work 2006) I’v gotten a e-mail from gallery in Barselona (The Art Cell)with offer of a CONTRACT OF REPRESENTATION. What is it? Could somebody tell me more about it? What can I expect from this contract and what is good and bad could be in this contract?

You need to contact an artist management company (check the phone book). They can not only explain this to you, but also review the contract and negotiate on your behalf.
