Part III – The What, How & Why of Contracts (Offer & Acceptance)

Part III of this video series utilizes case studies to discuss the importance of the offer and acceptance. Part IV of this video series will continue to discuss the offer and acceptance utilizing a purported agreement between a farmer and implement dealer.

UCC is the bible for all business it was derived from the roman or vatican canon law every corporation in the world operates under the uniform commercial code as a corporation. You have a problem with authority. You believe you are a special human being, that somehow the rules do not apply to you. Obviously, you are not mistaken you are registered by your birth certificate as a corporation named in capital letters as are all corporations. If you consent to use the corporate name you opperate in commerce in courts etc with contracts but if you choose to use your human side the authorities have no power over you as they can only act with your person the mr or mrs which is a fictional character statute laws apply to a person pace and all criminal statutes apply to a person which is a fiction no statutes mentions a human a man or woman because it is false law.
