Okay, so I been living in an apartment building in NY for almost 13 yrs with my parents.(Im 18 now). About 3 years ago this guy moved in into the apartment. This man blasts his music so loud each and every morning before he goes to work and every evening to the point where the tables and chairs in our dining room are vibrating. The apartment is pretty small, so the noise travels all throughout the house.
During this time my parents complained to the landlord about the noise and he was very understanding and spoke to the man and he played his music at reasonable volumes. This went on for a couple months. Last summer our land lord sold the building to another management company. Then all of a sudden the man starts blasting his music again. I went to him, spoke nicely to him and basically what he said was that he pays rents and his music isn’t loud. I called the new management co. and they basically said “well to bad for you, we cant help you!”
My question is ” what can we do about this noisy neighbor?”
I refuse to speak to him again because i got a really bad vibe from him and dont feel comfortable even taking the elevator with him.
