Ok, i am putting together a website that sells product… I want to use the song “teardrop” By Massive Attack Album Is mezinie on this web site ..I will list artist and song on site but do i have to buy Rights or written contract .. I Am not selling this song.!

It would be a lot safer to obtain a contract of some sort so you can use this song on your site, that way the RIAA won’t get all pissed off over it.
