I recently paid an A&R $ 500 to shop my music so that I could possibly get signed to a record label. In the contract for his services, it said that if I’m not happy with his services after 30 days, I’m eligible for a full refund. Well he’s been ignoring my calls and not returning my texts, after I’ve expressed to him countless times that I’m not happy with the situation.
Yes, I know I was dumb and too eager to be getting caught up in a situation like this, but now I’m just trying to move forward. I was told I should report him to the Better Business Bureau and take him to a small claims court.
What are ALL of the steps I should do to get my money back? Please try to be very detailed, thanks.

Are you sure it says AFTER 30 days and not BEFORE?
