High School Coursework : Mainly all accelerated or honors courses. Junior year had 1 college course 2 AP’s the rest were honors. Senior Year will include 5 AP’s include Music Theory, Physics C, English, Macro Economics, and Calculus AB.

3 Music Credits taken independently at a local Community College

Will take a “information session” (interview) with local CALS alumni soon

I need your GPA on a 4.0 scale, but by looking at it I’ll judge it’s a 3.8

Now that is the most important number and that is Cornell material.
SAT: 1980 is VERY low for Cornell. That could be your Archilles Heel. Cornell and other Ivys are looking for that 2200 mark.

Decently good Subject Tests. And fairly good courseload.

Your extracurriculars and achievements could make the difference. But it doesn’t seem like you have that one primary focus but rather a lot of stuff you aren’t interested in.

I would say to be safe you have a 65% chance of admission.
