Justin Bieber, born March 1, 1994, is a Canadian pop/R&B singer. His performances on YouTube were seen by Scooter Braun, who later became his manager. Braun arranged for him to meet with Usher in Atlanta, Georgia, and Bieber was soon signed to Raymond Braun Media Group (RBMG), a joint venture between Braun and Usher, and then to a recording contract with Island Records offered by LA Reid. His debut single, “One Time”, was released worldwide during 2009, and charted within the top thirty in over ten countries. It was followed by his debut release, My World on November 17, 2009, which was certified platinum in the United States, which at the time gave Bieber the highest debut by a new artist in the year, and made Bieber the first artist to have seven songs from a debut album chart on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart. His first full studio release, My World 2.0 was released on March 23, 2010, debuting at number one and within the top ten of several countries. It was preceded by the international hit song, “Baby”.

GUITAR PRODIGY commonly known as “Vumbi”, full name Alain Kahanga Dekula “Vumbi”, is originally from Kivu province Democratic Rep.of Congo. After his high school days in Kivu (Uvira), Vumbi started performing music with bands like Bavy National, Grand Mike Jazz (Rachid King), which featured artist such as the famous Remmy Ongala, Tshala Muana, Yondo Sister just to name a few. He then moved to Dar-es-salaam, Tanzania and worked with Orchestra Maquis Original. Some of the famous songs to come from the great Marquis include Karubandika, Ngalula and Makumbele which feature the tantalizing guitar prodigy Dekula Kahanga”Vumbi” or Dust (in English) as he is known, because of his high-pitched guitar licks. He is considered by many as the outstanding discovery on the Tanzanian scene in recent years. At the time of recordings, in 1988-89 and into 1990 Kahanga’s guitar solos were one of the main attractions of Marquis live performance. The name”vumbi” shouted by Tshimanga Kalala Assosa throughout his solo, almost supplanted the official mtindo (style) of Marquis Original called Zembwela-Sendema, he played with big Musicians like Nguza Viking “Big Sound”, Freddy Ndala Kasheba “Supreme”(RIP),Ilunga Lubaba(RIP). In 1989-1990 he toured with Marquis in the Sultanate of Oman, Malawi, Kenya and signed a contract with the producer Jules Fataki Lusangi “Tchika Tchika” (RIP) for a recording in London.
