When an artist signs with a management firm, how does he/she get to the gigs?

Question by Business Affiliated: When an artist signs with a management firm, how does he/she get to the gigs?
For instance a music artist signs with a mangement team and have a manager, the manager gets the Music act a gig, does the Management provide transportation to the gig or is traveling all up to the artist?

depending on how ‘big’ the band is or well known the band is and the professionalism of the manager usually the manager supplies the band with a vehicle or a bus to get to and from the gig. unless you have a ghetto manager then you gotta pick him up and by him lunch LoL
