Im opening up a new billing service but I want to how can i get my acutual aggrement form done for my customers.

I always made them myself. There are programs that can do it for you but you would need to contact someone within the same kind of business as you to provide you with the right site.
I use sattracks. It is a system that keeps track of all customers, billing, equipment, and has templates to build service agreements, contracts, whatever. Before that, I used word and typed it ALL out. As long as you are thorough and include all small details, and include a signature line-they will hold up. You can contact me if you need help though. I have made quite a few service agreements that have held-up in court, with credit card companies and charge backs, and customer disputes.
