Question by Joie: How do you get a license to sell music downloads?
How does a web site such as iTunes obtain the right to sell music downloads? Do they have to get some sort of license? Do they have to pay something originally, or do they just pay them a percentage of each download? Or can they even make money on the actual downloads?
