#1 SWAG – DO MY OWN THANG

You dont have to look no further because the cries of an evolutionary Christian sound are answered by the group SWAG which stands for saved with amazing grace. The group SWAG consists of Brandon Roberson aka Brand-Nu and Christopher Roberson aka Chris-Stylz. We are the Christian Renaissance. Christopher & Brandon was born and raised in Louisville Kentucky and contributes an interesting twist on contemporary gospel music. SWAG’s music unites to become hip hop and r & b gospel; the type of music featured on the radio airways. SWAG possesses a drive about their music and are very active within the community. Through the church they help conduct a nursing home outreach at the Jesse Taylor Nursing Home with the churchs praise team, the Vessels Of Mercy. Other outreaches include performances at various church locations such as Green Acres Baptist (Louisville Ky), Guiding Star Baptist (Louisville Ky) and New Dimensions in New Albany, In. SWAGs most anticipated cd entitled I Got Swag, is coming out soon. Their hot demos, currently in circulation, has been sold at the outreaches. SWAGs upcoming performances include the High Rise on the Waterfront (Louisville Ky) on august 8th featuring stars such as Lil Zane, Rocco, and comedian Yvette from BET Also on Aug 8th SWAG will be performing at Pleasantview Missionary Baptist Church located at 2600 Virginia ave, Louisville Ky at their block party event at 5pm.
