Writing a letter for contract violation? Business purchase agreement?

Question by Fox in the Snow: Writing a letter for contract violation? Business purchase agreement?
I need to write a letter to the former owner of my business, who is continuing to use her old business checks to write bouncing checks to previous vendors. These checks have my DBA on them, which is the same as her old one, but we bought the DBA when we bought the business. Where can I find a template for a letter of this type?

Thanks!

Probably not. I’d go complain to the local prosecutor, and let them take the lead. What she is doing is a crime, and she needs to stop.
