The North Platte Telegraph It was a bitter cold Monday night, but it didn’t keep the Western Nebraska Taxpayers Association from meeting to discuss looming budget cuts for North Platte’s public schools. Gary Heinzle is vice chairman of the group and was at Monday night’s meeting.
