Tourism contract
City of Powell River council has renewed Tourism Powell River’s service agreement for three years. Council passed a motion at the December 16 meeting to enter into a three-year agreement for $ 140,175 in 2011 and 2012, with the fee for 2013 to include a cost of living increase. The city entered into a two-year agreement with Tourism Powell River in 2005 for the same amount.
