Question by Brian: Why is my boyfriend behaving jealously when there’s nothing to be jealous of?
This is beginning to get insane.

I run a MySpace page which I use solely to promote my pop/R&B music. My boyfriend is always dropping hints that I’m doing something malicious behind his back (cheating, trash talking, etc.) or that I spend entirely too much time on MySpace. In reality, I spend less than five minutes sporadically on the site, and even after I’ve shown him everything I’ve ever said and done on the site and even gone as far as to give him my password, the insinuations still occur.

This is particularly annoying because I’M the one who caught HIM saying sexual things to other guys online, yet I’m able to trust that he wouldn’t do it again. But he’s never caught me doing that, yet refuses to trust me. It’s also annoying because he himself has profiles on social sites which are specifically used for hooking up and sexual favors. So why should my MySpace profile, which is used ONLY FOR MUSIC PROMOTION make him act this way?

Usually the person that is making the accusations is the one who is guilty of doing something wrong.
