As a US Soldier living in Germany, I am not allowed to subscribe to Yahoo’s subscription. I have every right to purchase any subscription from the United States that is available. It is protected under the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) signed by the US and German Governments. We are allowed to purchase any publication and subscribe to any service provided to anyone in the United States of America. So why is Yahoo! not allowing us soldiers to use their services?
