Where do you discover/find new music?

Im talking about a site where you can enter in what you already like, bands, artists, etc and they give you results accordingly.

Suprisingly enough amazon.com is useful for this exact purpose, you go through the site adding which albums you already own and they try selling you ones similar. I do this, and ive found 5 or 6 albums that will have pride of place on my shelf for ever.

Again, most useful, they review recent albums, and, its free to read online!

Im not really interested in myspace, lastfm and i dont listen to the radio. And yes, while i realise some of you may get your music from your friends, that doesnt really help me much. Not to be rude, but it really doesnt. (Im so getting a hundred, my mates give me it replies)

in the top right corner theres the little search box
type in a band you like
once you do that there should be a litle tab at the top that says similar

thats the most helpful site ive found when looking for music i like
