I’m buying a home with my friend. I need an agreement/contract on what to do with the house should we go our separate ways.

1. You can typically buy an agreement at OfficeMax, Staples, etc…
2. If you’re cost efficient, then have you terms and conditions in writing signed my a notary and witness.
3. All else fails have a lawyer assist you with the agreement.
4. If dealing with a Realtor, then he/she should provide this service to you…
