Im looking to find an event in NYC during January to May where a Mariachi band will be playing, but dont want to contract a band. If you know of a place where Mariachi music is played, where tequila can be chugged, and people just have a good time in the area of NYC (New Jersey?), then I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

There is this restaurant that my parents sometimes take me, and whatever relatives are in town, to, called Mama Mexico’s. In New York City and New Jersey, there are three locations. One is at 2672 Broadway Avenue, which is on the Upper West Side, while the other location in New York City is at 214 East 49th St in Midtown. The New Jersey location is at 464 Sylvan Avenue in Englewood Cliffs. There is a mariachi band that plays there, about three times a week. Of course, this is at the one on the Upper West Side, which is the one my family and I often frequent. There is also an open bar, and since it’s a Mexican place, there will always be tequila there for you and your friends to drink. Listed below are the business hours for each individual restaurant.
