If you have Microsoft Office available, you can search for “Service Agreement” templates at:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/FX100595491033.aspx

Or, as I prefer, if you use OpenOffice.org, you can install the Professional Template Pack extension which provides several related contract templates.
