Where can i download music for a monthly fee?

I want to download music, i wanna download lots in a month. So a monthly membership is good because i can do just that.

But i cant find any sites that allow monthly membership fee. Napster turned into a streaming service, i want a site that actully allows u to download, not just stream like spotify

I live in the UK so recommend me a good monthly fee music download site. Btw not a site thats just some indie or unsigned site, an actual site that has contracts with the major labels
