Unless otherwise defined in the agreement, the term “Parties” refers to the persons or entities that execute the agreement. Nobody else. However, you should check the definition. Many agreements have definitions of terms — particularly terms that are capitalized in the agreement. The same with the term “Licensee.” In a license agreement, the term “Licensee” is always defined. You will find the definition when you read the agreement.
