I got a list of phones #’s to all the major record labels in the industry and i want to know if should get in contact with the A&R or CEO or someone whose going to get me a chance at getting me signed?I just don’t know which to call.. myspace.com/ecr327

Hey, the A&R department (Artists & Repertoire) are responsible for finding and developing new talent at record labels. That said cold calling tends not to be terribly effective. It’s always best to build as much of your following on your own as you possibly can.
