Question by Traci: What’s the best way to approach record labels?
I am considering sending in a demo to several record labels, but is there any way to get ahead of the game? Do you call by phone first and ask to speak to A&R so you can ask if you’re allowed to submit a demo to them? Should a letter be sent before a demo? Help!
