What should I expect to see in a contract for installation of new gutters and downspouts?
by Steve Rhodes
Question by think: What should I expect to see in a contract for installation of new gutters and downspouts?
I am having a contractor to put new build-in gutters and downspouts to my house. What should I expect to see in the contract besides the price? Should the contract include the gauge and the type of materials that he is going to use? what about nails and screws, and specifications of the gutters and downspouts? TIA.

Each contractor has a type of gutter that he uses. There are several different qualities, he should be able to show you a sample. But just remember the continuous extruded aluminium are the best.
