What record label should I submit to and how?
Question by WWW.NOPALOVSKY.COM: What record label should I submit to and how?
Guys I just signed a NON-exclusive contract with a record label in the UK. However it seems like they will take a while to generate some income for me. I have sent them everything and its been almost a year and have not seen a dime. Any suggestions??

did you do any gigs , did the label arrange any for you? did you get any money?
Do you know if your songs have sold any copies? It would be better to talk with a lawyer specialized in the music business before signing and make sure you understand everything in the contract, because most possibly the contracts for new artists exclude them almost completely from the royalties
if you have signed sth like that then I dont think that it can be reversed
only if you sign a new contract or with a new label or if you do it independently things could change
