What you want is a standard “Finder’s Fee” Agreement which normally represents a percentage of the transaction. This allows the Seller (Business A) to include the increased money in what they acquire under their loan/investment terms. Percentages actually vary from state to state as to what is a legal percentage or fee. The Agreement should be signed, witnessed or notorized, and in placed prior to your releasing the information. Done well, especially if you are on good terms with the investor, you can receive your payment simultaneously with the release of funds to Business A.
