Question by babyhils: What kind of jobs are there in music?
I don’t want to play music! I just want to know what kind of stuff you can do WITH bands, like equipment set up or stage management or booking or promotion or photography. How the heck do I go about doing that???

Well there are many kinds of jobs.

1. With bands, you can be like a director sorta thing. You are the one in charge of telling people where you be when they preform or how to move and basically what do do when they are on stage. I’m sorry, I don’t exactly know what this job is called but i think it’s something like “band director” I’m not sure!

2. Also there is a job for like when people take photography pictures.
Like let’s say a supermodel is about to take a photoshoot. there is the supermodel and the photographer. You can be the photographers assistent and tell him like what to do, like how to position the camera or the lighting.

3. what I said above also applies with like videos. When people make a video, you can set up the lighting, the camera, what position you want people to be in and stuff like that!
