Whats up Ya’ll!!!

My names Skip Im a producer. I make beats. I have produced 4 tracks for a friend of mine and wanted to kno what kind of contract would be best for our agreement. He is finishing up his album and would like all his paper work to be in order prior to shopping it around to majors. Basically we have agreed that I’d give him the tracks, with no advance, for free bascially, however we also agreed that I would be receving 3 points (percent) per track, I produced. We also agreed that I will be listed as the producer for copywright purposes, however sole possession of the masters will be his (the artist). I will be doing a contract for each beat, as he doesnt have 1 main producer for the album, so i believe it will be listed as more of a work for hire, than a album producer kinda of contract. Any info, or links you could provide me with would be great.
