I have finished recording my demo….i am wondering what is the next step to my music career? also what do music management companies do?

Well the manage and handle your career(good luck by the way).Next they’ll probably sell your record and then they’ll have perform at a few concerts and if the results are good you get to go on tour.Hope this helps! =)
