What is the main difference (if there is any) between Music PR and Music Management?

Question by Frankie Stars: What is the main difference (if there is any) between Music PR and Music Management?
I want to go into Public Relations, specifically in the music industry. But there is this great program that offers a BA (hons) in music and entertainment management. Is this basically the same thing? Will I be able to work for a music PR company if I get this degree?
