I would like to use some content produced by uploaders of youtube (vlogs and video diaries). What type of contract would I use to establish an agreement of usage for these specific clips?

YouTube already has forced a submitter of a video on their site to the rules stated on that person’s video. There is a provision for public domain and other uncopyrighted works on the internet. You may not have to get a legal contract at all, unless you are referring to a copyrighted work. Many people use links on their blogs to these videos without anyone knowing or caring what sent them there. Here is a little more info. You may need a release from some of these people to publish a transcript, or images off the work to make profit.
